This is something I've wanted to do for a long time - write to a company that has products that I love and really believe in. I am from Vancouver, but I now live in Washington with my 'american' boyfriend. I have been using Principessa for about a year and a half. Obviously, like most of us - I am a total beauty product junkie. I continue to try new stuff all the time (and spend alot of $$$ in the process!) and I am never as impressed as I am with your stuff. This is really a letter to commend you. I dream of having my very own line of products, and you made it happen for yourself. And you did it perfectly. There is alot to be said about that. I am proud of the fact that Principessa came out of Vancouver. I am also so proud of you and I don't even know you. To me that is powerful. You are totally an inspiration. One day I want to write a book. A 'beauty product guide', rating all sorts of products.

And I want to talk about animal testing too - which companies do it - which ones don't. Good ingredients and bad ingredients etc..... It's just a dream, but maybe one day I can make it a reality. Anyway I guess that I feel pretty passionate about your line and I needed to let you guys know. With all other lines I pick and choose which things I like and which ones I don't. However I simply adore everything Principessa. It's a good idea to use all the products, because they are like a team and they all work together. Besides you can really layer your Principessa scent this way. I really believe all girls should have a Belleza Box. It's the best thing to get first. Even younger girls can use it and know that they are using something special! I remember the first time I smelled the fragrance and it took me back to when I was little. It reminded me of something wonderful and gave me a good feeling. On top of everything else I think one of the best things about this line is that a little goes a long way! I get genuinely excited when I hear about or see new products that you are releasing. (Like the new scrubs! I have yet to indulge...)

Hi! I recently ordered the Bellezza Box from an online site, and I just had to email you and let you know how luxurious everything is! I can't wait to get the full sizes, and try the new scrubs as well. I was wondering about the perfume, though. I just adore the scent and wanted to know if the perfume is the exact scent because (I don't know if it's me, or what?) but each product smells slightly different. The scrub smells alot sweeter than the other products. Anyway- I wanted to know if it smells exactly like the body products. Is it a long lasting scent? I'm not used to using perfume oils, so I don't know if it vanishes quickly or whatever.

Anyway- Just wanted you to know that your products are wonderful. I love pampering, and this is just so soothing and comforting- but still fun and pretty. Thanks for making a great product line!

Hi Trish, just wanted to expand on what I had commented on when I put in the order. The first time I bought the body lotion was after reading the comments by a lady from Calgary, and how it had helped her dry skin. Well, I live in the Okanagan and my skin gets so dry here, especially my feet. Even though I get a pedicure monthly, they still get dry and calloused in between sessions. I started using the Body Lotion, and now my feet don't get dry and calloused, and it feels wonderful. I just love the body lotion, and in the summer I really lather it on my arms - smells so good! As I mentioned before, everyone asks me what my perfume is, as they say it smells so wonderful. My husband told me not to use my Oscar anymore, as he loves this new one I am wearing!!! What more can I say. Thank you,

The lip balm is fantastic - I gave one of the tubes to my sister who is going to McGill in Montreal who is also a snowboarder and she says it is the best she's ever used.

Okay now for the products: Yes.... INSTANT convert!! First order of any Principessa treats, why did I wait so long? The mini sizes are a great idea!!! They make great gifts and an inexpensive way to get completely addicted to your sumptuous line of goodies. I'll be dropping into Beauty Mark for more supplies for sure.

You said during your Urban Rush interview, you are in R&D on new products for the line. Hopefully you will include a Principessa range of products for pampering feet? The Urban Princess does need to pampered head to toe... hair gloss/serum would be good too. I'm sure you have thought of this stuff already. Half the order goes to my best friend (a very princess-like girly girl) for her Birthday next week - I'm sure she will go crazy for your products as well - can't wait for her reaction.

I've been passing my personal trio of treats around the call center all afternoon and the reaction has been overwhelming! It's funny, all the men are turning around and inhaling deeply while asking who/what smells so nice. The women want to know where they can buy the products... or if I'm selling mine... Not a chance! Hello Trish! I met you in Lakeside Mall on Saturday (I'm the one who hugged you, and we chatted about QVC). I had to write to tell you that I LOVE your products! I am so glad that you recommended the sugar scrub, Delizia Mia, and Cattiva Diva lotion. I have just recently started to buy your products from Beautymark at Yaletown. - and have had lots of compliments on how I smell (this is because of your products not that I have forgotten to bathe) so have being buying your sample sizes and giving them to people I like.

Would you ever think of the following:

1. facial wax or sugaring (in a nice pink container) your would be zero on the retail front, what is out there is bad.
2. a perfumed bath oil with the smell of your perfume.
3. a little principessa kit with nail file, scissors, tweezers of good quality in a nice flat carrying case.
4. a principessa makeup bag, flat bottom, easy to zip open wide (not in cloth).

I have come to love the products, because they are in pink containers, and are colored pink, and the perfume is subtle but makes me feel good so I keep going back to buy stuff, over and over.

Hello there! I am a total addict to your product line. It is such a brilliant scent. I can't quite pin point what the delicious smell is exactly.. but it is completely addicting!!! I love each and every product in the line — but I am head over heels for the Dolce Dreams and Delizia scrub. Yummy doesnt even do it justice!!! haha!

I was wondering if you are planning to add more products to the line? I am being totally selfish when asking this — I love the products so much and want more to buy, LOL! I think a great addition would be shampoo and conditioner, and definately some sort of spray perfume or body mist. I love the idea of the adorable roll on, but I think that being able to spray your entire self, and possibly even a room or two, would be insanely gratifying! I am just dying for a spray on of Principessa!
I think that some sort of body powder would be nice as well. I can just see it in a beautiful vintage pink tin with the Principessa logo sprawled across the front. I would LOVE that!!!! (Im sure others would as well.)

I use to use Bumble & Bumble Hair Powder. It added volume and body. Then Bumble & Bumble made a spray hair powder - and got rid of their Powder. I hated it! I searched and searched for a replacement hair powder. Finally, I found Principessa and WOW! It is the best hair powder I have ever used. I have my volume and body back! Not too long ago I ordered the sample kit from you. You might remember it had a hard time going out and you sent me a complimentary second kit! Thank you so much, I used it all and it smelled so good I wanted to eat it !!

Fun story is I have a little blind kitten, all a ball of yellow fur and white paws. "SugarBear" doesn't always groom herself all that well, so as she was alittle dirty and stinky I gave her a bath. My little sample of the spa cream bath was sitting there and I thought she is such a special little "princessa" that I would use some of it on her. She smelled just like her mommy all day and it was so gentle. We knew where to find her if she was lost or turned around the wrong way in the house ! Just follow that lovely scent and there she was !

My true reason for writing to you is while I love every product ~ the Spa Cream Bath ~ in Bagno Bliss and the Creamy Body Wash in the fresh fiore stand out as my favoites. I would love a big pot of body cream in the same fragrance as the Bagno Bliss. Do you make such a thing or do you have plans in the future for it. I had sent a kit and a T-Shirt to a friend in California in the past and she had the same rave review for that particular fragrance. While we think your other fragrance is lovely, the Bagno Bliss is truley clean and angelic, I love love love it !

If you have time, let me know and I'll place another order. I thought these new kits you are offering would be great Christmas Gifts for all the Principessa's in my life! (including SugarBear).

I just wanted to drop a quick line and say how much I truly adore your Bianco Breeze Hair & Body Powder. To be quite truthful, actually, I never really got around to using it for any skin purposes. You see I have the world's finest hair, and I know that you're not supposed to wash your hair often because it makes it a lot healthier but I was always I sufferer of greasy greasy roots. So much to my pleasure I stumbled across this product of yours and now I can comfortably go 2-3s without washing my hair and it's great! I have however experienced quite a disapointment when I decided to dye my hair a dark brown...no longer could I use my staple product because even when applied in a light light manner, my roots turn a lightish, wrong color. I am writting in hopes that a product with the same formula can be created with a darker pigment for people with dark hair/skin!

I received my powder on Friday, and I have used it a couple of times already...I absolutely love it! And I am pleased with the price as well. I have very thick hair, but it goes flat easily, especially after a couple of days after a blow-out. Well, all I can say is WOW!!!

I don't even remember how I came across your products, but I am soo Glad that I did!!
I'm getting Married in August, and I ordered some of your sample products, to put in some goodie bags I got for my Bridesmaids. Well being as curious as I am, I ordered one extra for myself to try! I can't believe how soft your lotion makes my body! I've spent soo much money on creams and lotions to help with a bit of exema I have, (Not to mention the super dry air up here!!) and nothing has worked as well as this!! I've only been using it for two days, and already my husband-to-be is asking what happened to my skin!!

I am now officially hooked!! Forget the Wal-Mart lotions and potions, I am Principessa all the way!!
I will be ordering a full line for myself, prior to, and after my wedding!!

I hope this finds you well. For the record I have LOVED being a Principessa guinea pig! All of your products are fantastic and I appreciate the opportunity to try both of the scrubs. In the end, I too am a fan of the Sugar Scrub over the Salt Scrub. For several reasons, but mostly because of the scent and how it leaves my skin feeling afterwards - nourished, velvety and deliciously fragrant. Ironically, my husband has used up the rest of the salt scrub himself. One night I arrived home after a late flight and Paul was already asleep in bed. When I crawled in bed I could tell he'd been into my Principessa supply! When I called him on it in the morning, he admitted that sometimes when I'm away (we travel 100% of the time for our jobs) he uses it because it (of course) reminds him of me. I thought it was the sweetest thing!

I tried the perfume also and am loving it. Have you considered creating a spray bottle? I'm sure you have...I'd LOVE to see you do one. Also, I just bought the body powder for the first time and it's absolutely fantastic! So soft and silky - I have no idea how you do what you do, but you've done an amazing job.

Most years for Christmas I pick one of my favorite things to share with my closest friends — this year that favorite thing was Principessa! Everyone loved it, and even my Mom is a fan now. I sent your products to Chicago, Toronto, Montreal, and of course Vancouver.

I have oily hair and was washing every day. If I didn't wash it daily, it just looked terrible.My hair stylist recommended your hair powder and it has changed my life! No more washing my hair every morning, I now wash my hair only twice a week. My hair has improved and looks great! What a time and trouble saver!!
